Job duties:
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistic management
• Work collaboratively with different departments to execute improvements in the overall operations
• Review logistics processes and procedures in order to maximize efficiencies and minimize costs
• Plan and optimize shipments and increase delivery accuracy to make sure customer satisfaction
• Arrange shipping documentation and oversee the schedule, dispatch and tracking of shipment
• Track orders using functional systems
• Monitor and report on transportation costs and control the budget
• Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
• Work directly with dispatch, logistics coordinators and billing staff to collect and analyze data
Experience and Education Requirement:
• Completion of college is required
• Over one year related working experience is required
