Job Descriptions:
Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to maintain our reputation for a friendly, effective, and personalized experience
To direct and supervise all Dairy staff to secure efficient and courteous customer service;
To respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
To maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales’ goals and budgets are met;
Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory and display of merchandise;
To hire all part-time staff and train new employees;
To schedule all Dairy clerks ensuring the strict control of wage costs;
To interpret and administer Company policy and ensure compliance with the union contract;
To ensure the maintenance of equipment as well as the safety and sanitation of the department;
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as a supervisor or assistant manager.
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays.
