Job Duties
• Assess the unique characteristics and benefits of our education consulting services to determine targeted marketing and advertising requirements.
• Develop and advise us on effective marketing, advertising, and sales promotion strategies tailored to attract potential students and Institutions.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and create content for direct and digital marketing campaigns. Implement these campaigns across multiple platforms, including our social media, email, and our website, to reach prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed post-campaign evaluations using our Company software and other data points to measure the success and effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts and recommend future changes.
• Develop and maintain our social media accounts, managing and responding to customer reviews and testimonials to ensure a positive and engaging online presence.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies designed to inform clients, employees, and the public about our services, initiatives, and policies.
• Conduct surveys and other to identify the interests and concerns of key client groups. Use findings to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies.
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of high-quality marketing materials to communicate our brand ideology and messaging.
• Organize and coordinate Zoom workshops/webinars, in-office events to promote our services and engage with potential clients. Plan and execute these events to maximize attendance and impact.
• Source and coordinate media event opportunities. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to media/bloggers/influencers.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and informational packets. Ensure these materials are up-to-date and effectively convey our offerings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• At a minimum, a College Diploma preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is required
• A minimum of 1 year marketing experience is required.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and interact effectively with clients, media, and team members.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Innovativeness in developing compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously, ensuring all marketing activities run smoothly.
• Digital Literacy: Competence in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
Language Requirement: English language proficiency (written, spoken, listening, and reading) is a requirement.

Salary: $29 per hour
