Mouri Tech Inc.is looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Business Services Manager (Cloud Program). The suitable candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating operations and providing services to business, while ensuring the quality of those services and client satisfaction.

Duties:

Program/Project Oversight:

• Manage end-to-end cloud program/projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for multiple cloud initiatives.
• Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of these establishments.
• Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams.

Technical Oversight:
• Work closely with technical teams to understand cloud architecture, infrastructure, and application requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of cloud solutions.

Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud program strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Define and communicate the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the cloud program.

Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with cloud initiatives.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners.

Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the budget for cloud programs, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Implement cost optimization strategies to maximize the value of cloud investments.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:
• Foster a collaborative culture within the team and promote effective teamwork.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in cloud initiatives.

Change Management:
• Facilitate change management processes related to the adoption of cloud technologies.
• Ensure effective communication and training programs to support teams in transitioning to cloud-based systems.

Performance Monitoring:
• Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of cloud services.
• Analyze key performance indicators and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud programs, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the cloud program.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in cloud solutions.

Security and Compliance:
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures for cloud solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies related to cloud services.

Vendor Management:
•Evaluate and select cloud service providers based on project requirements and organizational standards.
•Negotiate contracts and agreements with cloud vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness.


Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (Sales or International Business).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in customer sales in the IT industry.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the IT industry.
•Strong knowledge of PMP and Key Account Manager principles.
•Proven ability to identify and convert customer needs into saleable solutions.
•Demonstrable experience with Key Account Management and Retention.
•Proven experience driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and delivering innovative solutions.
•Proven expertise in cultivating and overseeing strategic relationships with key cloud providers.
•Ability to identify partnership prospects, negotiate complex agreements, and implement impactful solutions.
•Advanced understanding of cloud technologies and providers.
•Understanding of technology innovation and digital solution development.
•Strong business development and negotiation skills.
•Excellent oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other employees.
•Exhibit a positive attitude, along with supervisory and leadership skills.
