Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items and dessert such as steak, sandwiches, burgers, fried noodles, fried rice, etc.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers regarding food preparation and food safety
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Keep work area clean
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial cooking is required.
