Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, per company contracts.
Wage rate: $ 35.50 per hour (40 hours per week)
Education: High School
Experience: 2 years to less than3 years of relevant experience.
Language: English.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate and supervise schedules of staff and subcontractors of different construction teams
• Monitor the progress of the construction work and performance of subcontractors
• Knowledge of blueprints and drawings
• Recommend hiring, training, assigning and scheduling of staff
• Create and establish methods to meet work schedules and activities with other supervisors or managers
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following and enforcing standard procedures and regulations
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Order materials and supplies when necessary
• Create production and progress reports
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the morning or day or evening or on weekends, over time if required.
