Position: Restaurant Manager

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

•Manage daily operations, staff members’ performance and customers’ concerns
•Scheduling and supervising staff members
•Maintaining inventory, ordering supplies and making payments
•Ensuring food hygiene and people's safety guidelines are followed
•Identifying training gaps and making sure necessary training is provided to the staff members
•Preparing reports related to sales, staff performance and customers' concerns
Additional Skills:
Conduct performance reviews, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Organize and maintain inventory
