Hot Mama Noi's Thai on the Fly Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in an energetic urban setting. If you have a passion for customer service and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity!

No degree, certificate, or diploma required
EXPERIENCE:
1 to less than 7 months of experience
WORK SETTING:
Urban area, In- person
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet patrons, present menus, and provide recommendations
- Describe menu items and daily specials
- Advise customers on menu selections and wine choices
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Present bills and accept payments via cash, credit, debit, travelers’ cheques, or room billings
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise 1-2 people, occasionally up to 10 people
- Maintain and operate electronic cash registers and point of sale systems
