Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent General Manager – Operations to join their team.
Job duties:
• Identify the organization’s missions and develop strategies to achieve tangible goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and develop best strategies by formulating policies and programs to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness according to changes in the market.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to meet customer demands, increase operational efficiency and maximize resource utilization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, waste minimization, and productivity improvement to maximize the efficiency.
• Establish and maintain financial, administrative and quality control standards to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Authorize and structure the creation of key departments and corresponding senior leadership roles.
• Choose and Recruit supervisors and team leaders and set up a stratification for employees and empower them with requisite authority, and foster conducive work environments to facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments in order to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of goals.
• Allocate resources - material, human, or financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives, endorse promotional endeavors, and oversee human resources planning.
• Serve as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or appoint delegates for such responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
• University Degree in business administration or management.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience is required.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
