Specific Skills
1. Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
2. Mix, pour and spread materials.
3. Assist skilled tradespersons by carrying tools and materials and helping in their other construction activities
4. Assist heavy equipment operators.
5. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
6. Clean up the work site.
7. Assist in demolishing wooden structures using prying bars and other tools, and sort the surface area
8. Perform other duties as directed by framers and construction supervisor
9. Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
10. Work in a safe manner; able to recognize safety issues.
11. Ability to walk, stand, crouch, for long periods.
Benefits:
#1: We will provide a joining bonus of $600 to the newly hired employee.
#2: We will provide a Attendance bonus of $550.
#3: We will provide $650 as a safety bonus to our employees to motivate them and to ensure that they are following all our safety protocols.
