Permanent full time Marketing Specialist: 1 position.
Start wage: $30.77/hour, 30 – 40 hours per week. Shifts include: Morning, Day, Evening, On call.
Job Duties: Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes; Develop communication strategies; Evaluate communication strategies and programs; Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content; Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers; Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products; Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies; Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material; Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends; Design market research questionnaires; Evaluate customer service and store environments; Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
Candidate requirements: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; at least 2 years of experience in related field is required. Equivalency considered.
