Job Description
· Plan, manage, lead, supervise and review the activities of a unit that offers a single or multiple freight management services.
· Prepare procedures to optimize administrative control procedures
· Prepare procedures to optimize documentation management procedures
· Lead and instruct employees involved in the management, security, finance, procurement, human resources, or other administrative activities according to the requirements of the company
· Inspect paperwork and documentation files or material
· Evaluate and review the procedures for corporate governance and regulatory enforcement within the company
· Use software to verify documentation and other requirements with shipping lines
· Prepare budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies
· Record data for daily deliveries and shipments
· Write reports and briefs for the assessment of administrative facilities by management committees
· Conduct interview, recruitment and hiring procedures for the company
Job Requirements:

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
