Job Description
· Provide accounting information and customer support to customers. Oversee, allocate, and evaluate the work of clerks performing these tasks.
· Examine and confirm the accuracy of the job, and then approve regular deposits and withdrawals.
· Set work time table and processes.
· Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed.
· Synchronise tasks with those of other departments or work units.
· Allocate new tasks to team members.
· Identify and fix workplace issues and create and submit progress and other reports.
· Train existing and new employees according to appropriate job duties and in accordance with organization’s policies.
· Organize maintenance and repair activities to ensure the efficient operation of computer systems and equipment.
· Lead other account representatives and clerks.
Job Requirements:
Languages

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Conduct performance reviews
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Recruit and hire staff
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
