Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitors.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including online advertising, social media, print, and local partnerships.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service offerings are effectively promoted and aligned with market demand.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a small sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing techniques to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
