Job duties:
- Supervise and oversee daily duties of cashier and retail staff
- Create work schedules to ensure adequate sales coverage
- Create orders to maintain stock of items on the sales floor
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Authorize returns for merchandise
- Create reports for business owner regarding sales and volume, as well as staffing matters like discipline
- Train retail staff to fulfill their duties, and assist with hiring new staff to fill vacancies
- Accept responsibilities for opening and closing the door on some work days, depending on shift schedule
- May be required to fill in some cashier duties, as required
Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent position; days, evenings, weekends; approximately 40 hours per week
Wage: $17.00/hour

Work experience requirement: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a retail sales setting (cashier, retail salesperson, etc.) is required.
