As part of our expansion plan, we are now looking for a versatile and innovative Administrative Officer with strong time management, and organizational skills to join us.

Responsibilities:
1.Manage daily administrative operations and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
2.Establish employee schedules and oversee employee attendance, and prioritize tasks based on the restaurant's operational needs.
3.Identify and resolve potential problems and report to the supervisor in a timely manner to ensure operational efficiencies.
4.Organize administrative activities, including regular meeting, team training and building, and draft and publish corresponding reports.
5.Develop and implement employee benefits programs, such as parking, healthcare services, etc.
6.Check and monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and restaurant materials, provide support to procurement and maintenance as necessary.
7.Assist with formulate and control budget, process invoices and payments, and manage payroll.
8.Record and collect essential documents, such as employee files, reports, forms, invoices, contracts, etc., keep and archive files.
9.Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation during peak times, address customer inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
10.Participate in the recruitment processes and orientation of new employees when needed.

Requirements:
1.A minimum college diploma is required and major in related business management is a plus.
2.A minimum of three years of experience in administration or related clerical work experience is required.
3.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and highly detail-oriented.
4.Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary.
5.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
