Job Description:
• Prepare ingredients and cook various types of Japanese dishes including u-don, tempura, katsu-don, donburi, teriyaki and other menu
• Determine size of food potions, estimate food requirements and cost
• Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies
• Train other kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required.
Term: Full-Time (30 ~ 40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $17.62 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
