• Create, and carry out office administrative procedures, as well as review and evaluate new procedures
• Create work priorities and plan for the office services
• Carry out administrative operations such as distributing and storing correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, messages, and packages)
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents,
• Maintain and update company databases calendar and schedule appointments
