We are now looking for a sophisticated Vice President to join our dynamic team and provide essential support to our senior management operations. This position will be trusted with revamping our managerial policies and overseeing the newly established office protocols. We expect this Vice President role to bring higher efficiency into our daily office tasks.


Job Duties: 
Strategic Planning:
1.Evaluate the existing tasks in our current office routine and create updated guiding policies by incorporating both existing instructions and newly determined mandates by the upper management.
2.Establish reasonable business objectives for both short and long-term operations, directing the staff to follow a work schedule that optimally meets the demand for our services.
3.Lead the enforcement of new office regulations, review the results of market analysis in the vehicle trading industry, and suggest the establishment of new job positions.
4.Assess the company's operational priorities, allocate resources based on earning potentials, and adjust strategic asset distribution to attain optimal business outcomes.

Operation Management:
1.Assume control of the ongoing company operations, appoint specialists to appropriate positions, and oversee the execution of their assigned duties.
2.Guide the company staff to integrate a client loyalty program into our promotion initiatives to enhance business attraction as well as adjusting current advertisements for better effectiveness.
3.Create a comprehensive training program for newly hired managers or team leaders, guiding them through a well-crafted orientation campaign that emphasizes on strategies to generate more clients.
4.Schedule regular team meetings to discuss the latest progress on objectives, assess staff performance, and make constructive recommendations to improve future outcomes.

Public relations:
1.Review the analysis of the gathered market data to assess the prevailing trends in the vehicle trading industry and identify our target demographic group.
2.Cultivate relationships with our existing local and international partners while exploring potential opportunities in untapped markets.
3.Assume responsibility for negotiating with potential contractors to secure more favorable deals.
4.Oversee all ongoing business communications and offer problem-solving support to address any issues clients may encounter, aiming for improved feedback.
5.Serve as the company representative to nurture professional relationships with customers, business partners, investors, and corporate organizations.

Qualifications:
1.A college diploma in business administration, finance, or relevant experience in a similar field is required.
2.A minimum of three years working in a manager position or higher rank is required.
3.Past working experience in automotive or trading-related industry is an asset.
4.Possess a strategic mindset and discipline to succeed in a competitive market.
5.Pay attention to detail and maintain a reliable work ethic.
6.Able to coordinate effectively with staff and exert leadership to improve team morale.
