Job Requirements and Skills:
- Having some experience is an asset but not a requirement.
- has the ability to lift 75 +pounds, bend, squat, crouch, kneel and climb stairs consistently throughout the day.
- has a positive and collaborative attitude
- is a quick learner.
Job Duties:
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Prepare the site by laying down protective coverings, and setting up containment areas.
- Safely remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with repair work.
- Perform minor repairs, such as fixing holes in drywall or replacing damaged tiles.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
