The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to our clients, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, property management, and client services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to ensure the achievement of targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.


Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or other related discipline is required.
• A proven track record of at least three years of relevant experience in a senior managerial role is required.
• Specialization in related area is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
