Chicko Chicken Prince George is looking for a competent Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Position Available: 1
Hourly Wage: C$18.50/ hour
Work Hours: 30~40 hours/ week (full-time and permanent)
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary
Work Location: #110-3034 Recplace Dr., Prince George, BC, V2N 0G2
Language of Work: English
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service attendants who prepare, portion, and/or serve Korean Style fried chickens and side dishes
• Establish methods to meet work schedules of food service attendants
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales and wastage
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and company policies
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised when needed
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
