Job duties:
• Assign, supervise, review and oversee the maintenance services, review employees engaged in maintain the client’s property
• Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance services
• Identify resource needs, review needs with appropriate management staff
• Direct workers to cut grass, trim trees, move equipment, plow snow and perform landscaping
• Train employees in the proper use of groundskeeping equipment and supplies
• Instruct new employees on methods, procedures and policies
• Monitor and control supplies and equipment, order supplies and tools as necessary, prepare documents for equipment procurement
• Answer questions and provide information to the clients and investigate complaints and resolve complaints
• Maintain records concerning operations and prepare reports on operations and activities
Experience and Education Requirement:
• College diploma or equivalent experience is required
• Minimal two years working experience in the field
