Required Legal Administrative Assistant (TEER 13111)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
• Schedule appointments, and meetings with the concerned government division.
• Compile, proofread and revise drafts of client affidavits, documents and reports.
• Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
• Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
• Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use by other members of the team.
• Train other staff in procedures and in the use of current software.
• Prepare and format office reports.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
• Respond to all case-related queries.
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

Key Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required and a college diploma in business will be an asset;
• Proven experience of minimum 1-2 years in administration role;
• Proficient in all office organization duties, systems and procedures;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills is essential; and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: CAD$ 25.00/hour. Full-time permanent position at Indicate Immigration consultancy Inc. – Unit# 9, 7045 Tranmere Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L5S 1M2.
