Job Duties and Requirements:
• Prepare and bake doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes.
• Decorate and finish baked goods such as bread, rolls, pastries, pies, and cakes.
• Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Monitor baking process and ensure the quality of baked goods.
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• May supervise and train other bakery staff.
