Mainland Communications Inc. DBA Bell is currently looking for a Permanent, full-time Retail Store Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Implement and develop marketing strategies.
• Manage the staff and assign them duties.
• Resolve the issues and problems arriving at the stores for the customers and staff.
• Oversee the hiring of the staff and train them.
• Set goals and ensure they have been accomplished by the staff.
• Study market trends and ensure product availability according to the demand in the market.
• Plan, direct and control daily operations of the stores.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of university degree or college diploma in business administration will be an asset.
• Minimum two years of work experience as a manager is required.
Salary: $36.50/hour
