Work Experience: 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Repair, maintain, and remove roofs and the install of new ones
• Measure roof to calculate the quantities of required materials
• Install vapor barriers and layers of insulation
• Inspect composition shingles, slate shingles and metal roofs for leaks
• Apply cold process roof coatings
• Erect rigging
• Determine materials requirements for roof repairs
• Inspect problem roofs to find out the best way to repair them
• Find and replace damaged joists and plywood
• Install shingles, asphalt, metal, or other materials to make the roof watertight
Relocation costs of up to $2000 will be covered by the employer
