Job Duties:
• Preparing, trimming, weighing and pricing up meat.
• Cutting, trimming and boning and prepare cuts of meat according to customers' orders
• Packaging meat and storing it correctly.
• Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them.
• Keeping their working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation.
• Maintaining business records and budgets.
• Prepare meat for special displays and/or delivery
