Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent Chief Financial Officer to join their team.
Job duties:
• Identify the organization's mission and strategic trajectory as outlined by its policies and tangible goals.
• Analyzing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.
• Allocate resources - material, human, or financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives, endorse promotional endeavors, and oversee human resources planning.
• Establish financial and administrative controls and strategically plan, monitor and evaluate the policy development, implementation of procedures to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of an organization.
• Authorize and structure the creation of key departments and corresponding senior leadership roles.
• Choose and Recruit supervisors and team leaders and set up a stratification for employees and empower them with requisite authority, and foster conducive work environments.
• Facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments.
• Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Serve as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or appoint delegates for such responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
• University Degree in business administration or finance.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience is required.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
