Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
2. Establish and implement policies and procedures
3. Train other workers
4. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
5. Manage contracts
6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
7. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
8. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
9. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
10. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
11. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
