DHALIWAL FOODS LTD is currently looking for a Permanent, Full Time Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Manage daily activities of Distribution Departments.
• Manage dairy and frozen food departments and direct staff on their duties.
• Study market trends to determine customer demand and ensure high sales.
• Create new marketing strategies in accordance with the market trends.
• Plan budgets and authorize the company expenditures.
• Determine staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of staff.
• Determine price and credits policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma will be an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Salary: $36.00/hour
