· Generate the organization’s strategies in a right direction according to policies

· Manage organization’s financial, human, and material resources

· Control budgets and optimize expenses

· Oversee day-to-day operations

· Delegate task and authorization to major departments and associated employees

· Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

· Oversee promotional campaigns and human resource planning

· Select middle executive staff like directors, managers, and delegate them necessary duties

· Direct the employee assessment process

· Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

· Allocate resources related to material, human and finance to implement organization’s policies
