Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent General Manager Marketing- trade, broadcasting and other services (00014)
Job duties:
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans and formulate policies for the company. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to develop innovative policies and programs that ensure market competitiveness.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring they align with customer demands and market conditions.
• Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. Define and structure key departments and senior leadership roles within the marketing team.
• Recruit and hire marketing supervisors and team leaders, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and empower employees with the authority they need. Create a collaborative work environment that aligns efforts across regions, divisions, or departments.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively to support marketing initiatives and organizational policies. Oversee promotional activities and human resources planning to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate these responsibilities to appointed representatives.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 3-4 Years of experience is required.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
