Job Description:
Our chain consists of 3 Bell mobility dealership locations in Victoria, Duncan, and Nanaimo. We urgently require two Retail Store Supervisor to join operations immediately. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job Duties:
• Understanding and selling rate plans of Bell mobility.
• Cross selling & upselling other products e.g. Bell Media, cell phone accessories, Smart watches etc.
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
• Actively monitor inventory and order merchandise.
• Should be able to supervise a team of sales representatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and submit to the Head office/Bell regional manager.
• Gather, research and prepare marketing strategies to improve the sales. Actively keep track of competitor offers.
• Prepare the work schedules for the designated team.
• Explore potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts.
• Participate in various community events to develop new customer base.
• Ability to work autonomously, yet cooperatively within a group setting.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school completion is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 2
Wage: $29.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation Pay.

1. 67 - 3170 Tillicum Rd Victoria BC V9A 7C5.
2. 110 - 3000 Drinkwater Rd, Duncan, British Columbia, V9L 6C6.
3. 50 - 3200 North Island Highway, Nanaimo, British Columbia, V9T 1W1.
