Job Duties:
Ensures the patient complaints are handled courteously.
Ensures that all pharmacy department policies and procedures and other standards are adhered to.
Establishes work schedules and assigns pharmacy staff to specified work areas.
Organizes and supervises inventory of pharmacy stocks periodically and determines pharmacy stocks needed.
Operates computer for all data entry, label generation, reports, and other computer applications.
Implicates policy and procedure of medication expiration for short-dated and overstocked pharmaceuticals and arranges for the proper disposal of expired medications.
Responsible for the orientation, training, and evaluation
Develop and implement plans to sell the inventories to meet the sales and profit objectives of the store.
Assist in developing marketing events and other promotional activities to maximize sales and profits.
Maintains accurate records on all important matters, including associate performance and discipline, and sales plans.
Ensure patient satisfaction by resolving their concerns and problems in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School.
Previous experience of sales and or 6 months experience in the same field is required.
