Work Location: Unit 827, 210 Silver Star Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M1V 5J9
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
1. Conducting site measurements and proposals for renovation projects.
2. Developing renovation concepts and designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Creating architectural drawing sets and 3D renderings to visualize project outcomes.
4. Estimating project costs and ordering necessary materials to ensure timely completion.
5. Facilitating team communication to ensure smooth project coordination.
6. Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including implementing new procedures as needed.
7. Establishing work priorities, delegating tasks to support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met.
8. Administering policies and procedures related to admissions, record release, and government access to information and privacy legislation.
Job Requirements:
1.Completion of secondary school education is mandatory.
2.2 to 3 years related experiences is required.
3. Possession of a university degree or college diploma in a related field is required, which, if met, will be considered for bonus points.
4. Proficiency in REVIT/CAD for architectural drawing and the creation of isometric plans and details is necessary, and fulfillment of this requirement will be considered an additional merit.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage administrative procedures effectively.
