Position Description:
As a marketing coordinator, we are looking for who is responsible for providing operational support to the operation and product management teams, to ensure smooth operations of the department by touching and contributing to virtually all projects. This position will report to the General Manager directly.

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

· Implementing and overseeing our email strategy, including creating and managing email marketing campaigns, template designs, and call-to-action
· Implementing and overseeing our social media channel, including providing strategic planning to maximize our social media presence with unique and highly engaging content
· Initiate and maintain contact with the media
· Working closely with internal departments to maintain an all-inclusive email marketing production/editorial calendar
· Segmenting lists and users and planning campaigns based on behaviors like past email engagement, website visits, and social media usage
· Managing company email and social media communication, conduct online marketing, E-commerce and website promotions, and integrating email and social media into larger marketing campaigns to drive ticket and membership sales
· Developing processes to drive conversion and retention programs
· Ensuring campaigns consistently drive fan data collection across segments and coordinate key data objectives with fan insights team
· Developing a carding system for tracking and measuring campaign effectiveness and providing regular reports with insight and analysis on email performance and growth strategy
· Developing a set of communication standards to be implemented across multiple platforms and departments to ensure consistency and maximize impact
· Measuring results of email strategy and social marketing data for all segments to convert leads into customers and drive higher retention, upgrades and lifetime value, all primarily through online conversion
· Overseeing ongoing testing and optimization initiatives including incorporating learning from campaign analysis
· Develop policies, ensuring email communication compliance with privacy legislation
· Conducting rigorous quality assurance testing on emails and social media posting prior to deployment
· Staying current with email marketing trends and technology

Education, knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
• A degree or diploma in a related field such as business, marketing, and communication
• At least 1 year of experience in a sports industry and similar role, such as email marketing, social media marketing, copywriting, and web analytics.
• A deep understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.
• A strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of CRM and content management systems
• Proven ability to make critical decisions independently without supervision
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external clients at all levels
• Proactive and resourceful attitude with an ability to make things happen
• Good balance of creative/communications instincts and logical, analytical skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Solid work ethic to achieve team goals and revenue targets
• Chinese is an asset.
