Job Duties:
• Act as the point of contact and provide general support to visitors
• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with Vendors and clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Collect all the data and information and update policies and procedures
• Order supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Create and maintain an effective filling & database system for all administrative and financial documents
