Specific Skills
• Schedule and confirm daily appointments to optimize production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, relay messages to appropriate departments, and handle inquiries.
• Manage the flow of emails and postal mail, coordinating with clients and suppliers regarding order details, and delivery timelines.
• Provide administrative support to maintain accurate client records, including job specifications, quotes, and invoicing details for orders.
• Train newly hired employees
• Assist in tracking orders and coordinating with the production team to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Enhance client relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with products.
• Work independently while maintaining clear and respectful communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed information on printing and signage solutions, quotes, and order statuses.
