Job Type
• Full-time, Permanent (32-36hrs/week)
Salary
• $ 25.25 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
Education
• Completion of secondary school is an asset.
Qualifications & Experience
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field
Duties and responsibilities
• Assisting in generating invoices for completed jobs, ensuring correct billing, verifying payments, and addressing outstanding balances.
• Responding to customer inquiries with service details and maintaining professionalism to deliver strong customer service.
• Helping to organize and schedule air duct cleaning appointments with clients, ensuring smooth scheduling.
• Maintaining accurate customer records by updating service details, tracking job completion, and managing billing information.
• Supporting the coordination of the air duct cleaning team by assigning tasks and monitoring progress through effective communication.
• Aiding in quality assurance by gathering customer feedback, reviewing completed work, and addressing concerns or issues.
• Assisting with ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to promote a safe working environment.
