Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Bicycle Mechanic with extensive experience in bike mechanics, including motors, electronics, and gear systems like SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo. You will be diagnosing and solving complex mechanical issues and must be adept at building and repairing bicycles, from traditional models to modern e-bikes.

Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Certificate
Experience required:
• Experience required: 3-5 years in pro level workshop
• Experience 3 years race level bicycle technician
Industry certifications:
• Bosh, Specialized, Giant, and Trek e-bike certifications required. Knowledge of Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo electronic systems is essential.
Technological Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and smartphone apps for diagnostics and updates.
Main Duties
• Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
• Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
• Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
• Calibrate gear systems and motors, including SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic failures on bicycles.
• Build and assemble bikes, ensuring precision in both traditional and e-bike systems.
• Service and maintain high-end racing bicycles, focusing on proper function and longevity.
• Stay updated with advancements in electronic bike systems.
• Utilize hand and power tools for repair, replacement, and calibration.
• Update software and perform diagnostics for e-bikes and electronically integrated bikes.
