Responsibilities
Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
Evaluate daily operations
Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
Plan and organize daily operations
Direct quality control inspections, oversees Quality Control, Sanitation, Product Formulation, and designated Plant QC leaders.
Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
Organize and maintain inventory
Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
Test products and services to identify and rectify deficiencies by suggesting enduring solutions to eliminate problems in processes and products.
Document entire cycle of planning and developing products, and conducting internal audits.
Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
