Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Term of employment: Permanent Full time; 30 - 40 per week

Wage rate: $30 per hour
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
Language: Proficiency in English.
JOB DUTIES
Train or arrange for the training of cleaning staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Conduct regular inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, addressing any issues promptly.
Prepare and manage the budget for cleaning supplies and equipment, providing accurate cost estimates to maintain financial efficiency.
Assist cleaners in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure effective cleaning practices.
Coordinate cleaning work activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to services.
Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring adequate coverage and timely completion of cleaning tasks across all areas.
