Our company is dedicated to helping clients address IT challenges within their broader business strategies. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee departmental operations related to administrative services.
-Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
-Supervise and provide guidance to staff involved in records management, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions.
-Hire, train, and manage staff development programs.
-Administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
-Prepare reports and briefings for management on administrative service performance.
-Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards
-Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for liquidating slow-moving products
-Manage contracts and supply budgets
Required Skills and Knowledge:
-Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Drive, and email platforms
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle large workloads
Experience:
-College or university education.
-2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
