Job Duties:
-Create professional quality print and digital marketing materials for real estate agents or custom-design customers, these include brochures, flyers, presentation packages, personal branding, and online advertising graphics.
-Assess characteristics of Crimson's housing products and services in order to make suggestions on advertising or sales promotion strategies to deliver business solutions.
-Always communicate with the management team in order to seek their support and always keep them informed of industry and government policies.
-Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
-Conduct marketing surveys to find out customers' satisfaction and feedback.
-Prepare and develop marketing reports and presentations for monthly marketing meeting.
-Be responsible for overseeing and updating the contents on the website of Crimson.
-Manage marketing budgets for assigned communities for creative development, advertising placements, sales office construction and events.
-Work with potential local business partners to partner in promotional packages.
Job Qualifications:
-A university degree or college diploma
-3+ years of working experience in sales field, wholesale, retail and marketing
-A professional manner and love meeting and interacting with people
