Job Description:
Logilink Solutions Inc., located at 500-10 Carlson Ct., Etobicoke, ON M9W 6L2, is looking to hire a full-time Office Administrator (NOC 13100), to join their team, as soon as possible.

Start date – as soon as possible.
Wages: $29.00/hour, 35-40 hours per week

Job duties:
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
• Carry out administrative activities, delegate work and train office staff.
• Perform data entry and implement new administrative procedures.
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services.
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A bachelor's degree is an asset.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
