1. Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to
prepare menu for service.
2. Prepare a variety of foods, meat, seafood, poultry, pizza,
and salads.
3. Using in store policies and procedures to maintain
consistent portions and quality.
4. Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
5. Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
6. Food preparation including chopping vegetables, making
sauces, making saladdressings.
7. Cover and correctly store all food prep items.
8. Notify Owner in advance of likely shortages.
9. Serve menu items compliant with established standards.
10. Cleaning and servicing kitchen equipment
11. Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing
checklist for kitchen stations.
