LOVELY PAO, INC., a company engaged in the manufacture of steamed buns and different food items, is in immediate need of COOK to work in their Guelph location. He/She will perform the following functions:
1. Determine the size of food portions and costs
2. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
3. Requisition food and kitchen supplies
4. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
5. Inspect kitchens and food service areas
6. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
7. Order supplies and equipment
8. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
9. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
10. Clean kitchen and work areas
11. Manage kitchen operations
Salary: $17.20 per hour; 40 hours per week
