? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Electrical Installation and Maintenance:
? Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
? Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions.
? Blueprint Interpretation:
? Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to execute projects accurately.
? Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
? Safety Compliance:
? Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
? Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
? Project Management:
? Manage and organize work orders, ensuring timely completion of projects within specified deadlines.
? Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to achieve project

goals.
? Quality Assurance:
? Ensure the quality of work by conducting inspections and testing electrical systems.
? Implement best practices to meet and exceed industry standards.
? Customer Interaction:
? Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional recommendations.
? Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
? Training and Mentorship:
? Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice electricians, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.

? Qualifications:
? Solid working knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems.
? Ability to handle service calls independently, with no supervision.
? Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
? Hardworking and a team player with a desire to continually learn and improve their skill-set
? Valid Journeyperson Electrician license or equivalencies.
? Relevant work experience.
? Proficient knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
? Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring agility and strength.


? Education: Secondary High School graduation certificate or equivalent experience

? Certification: Valid Journeyperson Electrician License or Equivalencies

? Language: English
