Transmax Heavy Haul Inc., a well-known transportation company based at 702 19 Avenue, Nisku, AB – T6M 1M7 with many years of experience on the road, day to day transportation and logistics is looking for one (01) full-time, permanent Office Administrator (NOC: 13100) to join their team.
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Compensation & Benefits: $30.00/hr for 40 hours per week + 4% vacation pay on each scheduled paycheck.
Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Completion of high school is required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Language: Basic knowledge of English.
Note: Any further higher education or previous related experience would be considered an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate administration duties and procedures, review and evaluate them.
• Follow policies and procedures in place related to the release of records and information.
• Create and maintain personnel files, financial records, and other data.
• Maintain work priorities, attend to incoming enquiries for the business and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinate and plan for our administrative requirements such as equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance, and other services as required.
• Oversee overall administrative operations.
• Collect data and prepare reports and correspondence.
• Create and maintain an effective filing & database system.
